Key West, Florida, is one of the hottest tech hubs in the country.
That’s according to the recent survey by the National Association of Home Builders.
The survey of more than 2,500 homeowners in the area found that Key West’s home builders had installed about 5,000 more homes and condos in 2016 than they did in 2015.
In contrast, the number of condos rose by about 800 units.
While the number is still small compared to the number that were sold, the rise in new construction is impressive.
As of the end of 2016, more than 20,000 units had been built in Key West.
There are currently nearly 3,000 condo units in the city, and that number is expected to double by 2020.
Key West has long been a hot spot, with the area attracting more than $600 million in economic activity in the first quarter of 2017 alone.
But for many people looking to upgrade their lifestyle, Key West isn’t just a destination, it’s a lifestyle.
That is a big reason why the area is so popular with techies, but the real reason is the hot weather.
While Key West and the surrounding areas are known for its sunny weather, its also home to some of the country’s hottest tech companies.
Some of the top tech employers in the state include Apple, Twitter, Dropbox, Amazon, and Microsoft.
The top 10 tech companies in the US by gross revenue from operations in 2016 include Twitter, Facebook, Google, Amazon and Microsoft, according to The Associated Press.
Key west is home to two tech hubs, including Google and Apple, as well as the key West airport.
There’s a lot of tech talent to choose from, and some of these companies have a big presence in Key St. Key St., where tech companies are headquartered, has a diverse community of people that include artists, musicians, designers, and even chefs.
There is also a thriving coffee and beer scene.
While many people might not want to take the time to visit Key West to do a full immersion in tech, it has a thriving tech community.
There have been plenty of successful tech conferences in Key west.
One of the most prominent is the 2016 Tech Summit, which was hosted by Airbnb, Google and Uber.
Tech Summit was hosted in the Marriott Marquis downtown Key West hotel and hosted a handful of top tech executives.
The summit attracted top tech CEOs from across the globe including Bill Gates, Jeff Bezos, Steve Jobs, and Elon Musk.
There was also an event that took place in the Hilton Garden Inn on the outskirts of the city that attracted top-tier tech executives and their wives.
This year, the Key West tech summit was moved to a new location, a venue at the Marriott.
It will be hosted at the Hilton Hotel on March 17-18, 2020.
While there are still plenty of options to stay in Key Western, the city is full of places to visit, including restaurants, coffee shops, and museums.
The best part about Key West?
Its still a hot place to visit for techies and those looking to get into the real estate business.
It’s not like the surrounding area is a beach.
KeyWest has a great variety of activities that can be done in KeyWest, including skiing, tubing, and sailing.
The Key West area is also home for a number of events that can take place.
There will be a Key West Summer Music Festival in May and a summer dance festival that will be held on June 17-19.
It is also located in the heart of downtown Key St and the area has plenty of museums and other places to see sights like the Disney Theme Parks.
While these are the main events that draw people to Key West in the summer, there are also a number other great events that have a lot to offer for tech types.
There isn’t a lot more to do in Key, so it’s good to know that there are plenty of places in Key that you can spend your time.
