Key West spa owner Matt Gourley was arrested on suspicion of prostitution in June 2018, according to a criminal complaint.
Gourley has pleaded not guilty.
He is expected to face the state attorney general’s office in February 2019 for violating the prostitution statute.
He faces up to three years in prison if convicted of the prostitution charge.
Goucher, who has been arrested three times, faces up for up to 10 years in state prison if he is convicted of a second sex crime charge.
