It’s a long-standing tradition to visit Key West and its beaches.
But it’s becoming a less popular vacation spot for some visitors.
This year, the city plans to make Key West a less-visited destination.
CBC News is going to ask the question: What do the residents of Key West want to see?
In our investigation, we’ll take you on a tour of Key and its coastal communities.
We’ll also get to know Key West’s most prominent perfumer and find out if it has any perfumes that people should know about.
We also’ll explore some of the health risks associated with Key West, including those linked to the use of its fragrances.
As you’re heading down the beach, take a look at some of our other stories from this season: Key West beach clean-up, cleaning and safety: Residents say it’s time for a change of pace The town is buzzing with excitement this week about the upcoming clean-ups scheduled for Key West.
And the town is excited.
As the holiday season approaches, residents in the community are celebrating with their families and friends, as well as with their local businesses.
Some say they are planning to celebrate with a little bit of extra effort.
“The more we’re doing to make it a little more welcoming, to let people know that we’re here and are here for them and that we understand what it’s like to live here, the more it becomes more and more a place that we want to come to,” said one resident, who asked not to be identified for fear of retaliation.
“I think it’s important that the community knows that we are here and that our community is ready to welcome visitors and to be here.”
It’s not just the residents who are looking forward to the clean-outs.
The city has also created a new tourism board, which is in charge of the city’s beaches, along with a new event schedule for the region.
In the coming weeks, the board will be looking to bring the town into the 21st century, and it will be up to the board to decide what the next steps are.
For many visitors, the cleanliness of the beach is a must.
Some of the people who visited Key West say the beach was a real breath of fresh air this summer.
“You’re really feeling the beach at Key West now,” said Erin Murphy, a visiting student at the University of Miami.
“It’s very different from the typical Miami beaches you see.”
A visitor to Key West says it’s more than just a beach.
“There are different types of people that come here.
The people that are here today are actually part of our community and part of the local culture,” said a woman who wished to remain anonymous.
The town has seen an influx of new visitors this year, particularly in the past few months.
“More people are coming to Key, and they’re coming here for the beauty and the history and the things that are happening in the area,” said another resident, whose name is withheld for privacy reasons.
But many of the visitors are not so happy with the cleanups and the new schedule.
Some locals have been critical of the town’s plans to bring in new visitors.
“What we’re trying to do is get rid of people who are just coming in for the tourism,” said the resident, adding that it was important that they did not have any negative feelings towards the town.
“We want to make sure that the people that we know are here are going to have a great time.
But we want them to come here and be able to enjoy the local area as well.”
The city says it has already received over 100 complaints about the clean up and the events scheduled for this coming weekend.
Some residents are unhappy with the number of visitors coming into the town for the first time in months.
They say they expect more of the same.
“They’re not the kind of people to come in and be lazy, to come and relax, and not be involved,” said Murphy.
“That’s not the way the community we live in is.
We’re not going to let them come in there and not work.
That’s not who we are.”
One resident says the town should stop its clean-downs and the celebrations.
“If they want to do these things to the town, we can go to the beach and have a barbecue or something, and enjoy ourselves, and do what we’re going to do and be as good as we can be.
“Not as a tourist. “
When they come in, they should be treated like human beings,” said Jessica Smith, a resident who has been living in the town since her husband and her son moved in in 2010.
“Not as a tourist.
They should be welcome here.”
For many residents, the beaches are not the only thing that’s changing in Key West over the last
